About the role

At Intelligent automation, our mission is to provide the technology platform, services and support to digitize, optimize and industrialize key operational processes across all customers facing divisions and internal group services.

As a Systems Analyst in Intelligent Automation, you’ll be working as part of a high performing cross-functional team that focuses on workflow, process modelling and automation. You will work to deeply understand the business environment to refine requirements to increase the quality and efficiency of the customer outcome being delivered by the Squad and ensure the stability of systems.

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the business and its customer related drivers as well as the technical systems that support the business. As an Analyst it is expected that you will be a go-to person for solving problems in your Domain of expertise.

What will your day look like

To grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following;

  • Deep domain and system knowledge to turn customer needs into business requirements and workable technology outcomes
  • Experience in translating requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria, supporting development, testing and implementation of application.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external partners
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of agile development practices, JIRA and Confluence
  • A desire to continuously learn new techniques / technologies and bring innovative ideas into the Squad
  • Helps deliver initiative milestones and “own” the impacts to ensure all changes impact customers and frontline staff in a positive way
  • Ability to understand and document current and future states
  • Ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholder groups
  • Coordinate UAT, BVT with business users.
What will you bring?

Relevant Experiences

  • Experience in analysing on premise systems & the migration to Cloud platform by working with stakeholders from Business, Technology teams
  • Experience in Pega® workflow.
  • Able to interpret interface documents, API and able to perform data mapping.
Soft Skills

  • A team player, you recognise and value the different perspectives and skills your colleagues bring in
  • The customer’s biggest fan, you demonstrate a thirst for better understanding the customer and define the problem and develop solutions through their eyes
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and can effectively manage through ambiguity and change
  • Constructively challenge the status quo, look for better ways to do things and passionately advocate continuous improvement
Desired Skills

  • Fundamental understanding of any of these Cloud Platforms, viz. AWS, GCP
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, Soap web service, Micro services.
  • Good scrum mastery skills is a plus.
  • Certified Pega® BA is plus.
  • Any scripting language like Python, etc.
